Hospitality As one of the nation's largest interior subcontractors, SDI works with the construction and architectural team to create an interior that captures the projects style, function, and budgetary needs. SDI provides pre-construction services such as value engineering, estimating, and constructability review to ensure the hotel, casino or convention areas are built efficiently. Four Seasons Resorts in Scottsdale Arizona and Jackson, Wyoming, Omni Ball Park Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, California, The Grand America in Salt Lake City, Utah and the Pele` at City Center in Las Vegas, Nevada are recent examples of SDI's hospitality work. Office and Mid-Rise Buildings One of the many services SDI offers is design build. SDI is capable of engineering the exterior framing system for new buildings. SDI takes into account the various interior and exterior claddings that are desired as well as the window systems. Similar mid-rise projects completed by SDI include One Cray Court Office Building and the Plaza at Scripps in San Diego, California, the Empire Towers in Ontario, California and Dean Witter and Intermountain Health Care Office Buildings in Salt Lake City, Utah. |
