Are you passionate about construction technology and 3D modeling? Our Las Vegas branch is expanding, and we're seeking two skilled BIM Detailers/Drafters to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and collaborate on high-profile commercial construction projects involving light gauge metal framing, drywall, lath and plaster/EIFS, and acoustic ceilings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate Revit models of light gauge framing for BIM coordination with trade partners
- Ensure clash-free designs through collaboration and coordination across disciplines
- Work with Project Managers and Architects to perform model reviews, quality checks, and design audits
- Manage and maintain model data for integration and sharing across platforms
- Serve as a key point of contact for BIM-related questions from the project team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit
- Basic working knowledge of Navisworks
- Ability to interpret and navigate contract drawings, specifications, and technical details
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Navisworks workflows and clash detection
- Strucsoft MWF Pro Metal
- SketchUp
Experience & Education
- Minimum two years of Revit experience gained through industry work, education, or internships
- Background in Architecture, Construction Management, Drafting Technology, or a related field preferred
