Description:
IQHQ’s Research and Development District (RaDD) is a 1.7-million-square-foot, mixed-use life sciences campus comprising five architecturally distinct buildings, including a landmark 17-story tower. Designed to support advanced research and innovation, the buildings deliver high-performance laboratory and office environments integrated with ground-floor retail and shared amenities that activate the campus.
Targeting LEED Gold certification, RaDD’s buildings incorporate high-efficiency building systems, adaptable interior layouts, and durable, high-performance assemblies that support long-term flexibility for life sciences tenants. Collectively, the project stands as the largest urban commercial waterfront development on California’s Pacific Coast, setting a new benchmark for the scale, quality, and sustainability of next-generation life sciences facilities.
