Description:

The 260,000-square-foot Discovery Building consolidates flexible learning environments and student services within a five-story academic hub. It supports a broad range of programs through reconfigurable classrooms, science and technology labs, seminar rooms, and collaboration spaces organized around a central courtyard. Glazing, open circulation, and operable connections to outdoor terraces introduce daylight and visibility, while raised-access floors and non-load-bearing partitions allow interiors to adapt as instructional needs evolve. A large dining commons, indoor–outdoor gathering areas, and specialized instructional zones strengthen campus life and support both focused study and group work.

The building also incorporates community-oriented amenities, including a 50-meter Olympic-size pool, wellness spaces, and landscaped areas that extend learning outdoors. As a cornerstone of the district’s long-term campus modernization, the Discovery Building delivers a highly adaptable academic environment designed to support evolving pedagogies, student well-being, and future program growth.
