Choctaw Casino & Resort – Sky Tower Expansion

The Choctaw Casino & Resort expansion added over 1 million square feet of luxury accommodations and amenities, anchored by the 21-story Sky Tower featuring 1,000 guest rooms and a three-acre tropical pool complex known as Aqua. Delivered on an accelerated 30-month schedule, the project transformed the property into a premier regional entertainment destination with 3,300 new slot machines, 40 table games, a 30-table poker room, six restaurants, 11 bars and lounges, two movie theaters, and expanded convention and retail space.

Despite challenges from rain and freezing weather, SDI accelerated interior progress through engineered prefabricated ceiling soffits and strategic use of PanelMax technology to create custom shapes and finishes. The result is a high-performing, visually striking resort environment completed ahead of schedule through innovative prefabrication, precise coordination, and field-driven craftsmanship.
