Description:

The new Eagle Mountain Casino & Resort represents a transformative milestone for the Tule River Indian Tribe—relocating and expanding the Tribe’s gaming enterprise to a modern, full-service resort on a 40-acre site. The 150,000-square-foot facility features more than 100,000 square feet of gaming space with 1,750 slot machines, 20 table games, four dining venues, and a 2,000-seat event center.

SDI provided comprehensive framing and drywall services across both interior and exterior systems, leveraging prefabrication, BIM coordination, and disciplined field execution to maintain quality and schedule throughout the 18-month build. The design honors the natural beauty of the Tule River Valley and the cultural heritage of the Tribe, incorporating wood and stone finishes, basketry motifs, and art that reflect the surrounding landscape. Recognized as the Top Tribal Project of 2022 by Tribal Government Gaming, the resort stands as a vibrant symbol of cultural pride, economic growth, and exceptional craftsmanship
