Description:
The Circa Resort & Casino is a 1.25-million-square-foot, 35-story resort and entertainment complex in Las Vegas, marking the first ground-up casino development in the area in more than four decades. The project features 777 hotel rooms, a 117,000-square-foot gaming floor, the multi-level Stadium Swim pool deck, and the Garage Mahal parking structure.
SDI provided the complete exterior skin scope for the low-rise and tower levels, as well as select interior finishes at the pool deck, including paint, wall coverings, and Hardie Plank siding. The project’s design included multiple compound exterior radii and tight site logistics adjacent to the Fremont Street Experience LED canopy, requiring precision coordination and field adaptability. Complex EIFS panel geometry at the tower roof further elevated construction challenges, while pandemic-era conditions demanded exceptional planning and continuity. Despite these constraints, the team successfully delivered the project on time, achieving a landmark and setting a new standard for craftsmanship, coordination, and resilience in urban resort construction.
