Description:
The Soboba Casino Resort is a 510,000-square-foot entertainment and hospitality complex developed by the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians to replace the tribe’s original casino facility. The resort combines modern luxury with cultural heritage, establishing a new regional destination in the Inland Empire. The property features a six-story, 200-room hotel, a 140,000-square-foot gaming floor with 2,000 slot machines and 24 table games, and a 15,000-square-foot event center for conferences and special events, complemented by six restaurants, a sports bar, and a poolside lounge.
SDI provided interior framing and drywall services across the hotel, gaming areas, and amenity spaces, contributing precision craftsmanship and schedule reliability to a large-scale, high-finish environment. Advanced BIM coordination and prefabrication techniques enhanced efficiency and quality throughout delivery, resulting in a landmark resort that blends cultural identity, entertainment, and contemporary design.
