Metropolis Tower II is a 40-story luxury residential high-rise in downtown Los Angeles developed as part of the $1 billion Metropolis master-planned community. The tower includes 514 upscale condominiums ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, modern finishes, and expansive city views. Shared amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog park, screening room, and the landscaped Met Nine Sky Park, creating a resort-style living environment in the heart of the city.
