Description:

The 163,406-square-foot, five-story senior living community is designed to support independent living, assisted living, and memory care within a single integrated facility, allowing residents to age in place as their needs evolve. The building includes 134 residential units arranged to optimize natural light, safety, and circulation efficiency, with clinical support areas and staff spaces strategically distributed across the floorplate. Shared program elements—lounges, dining areas, multi-purpose rooms, and landscaped outdoor courtyards—extend the functionality of the residential floors and provide accessible communal space across all care levels.

As part of a joint venture, SDI delivered the project’s framing and drywall scopes, supporting interior amenities such as multiple dining venues, a fitness center, theater, activity rooms, and secure outdoor terraces. Durable finishes, acoustically appropriate assemblies, and energy-efficient building systems were coordinated to support long-term performance, comfort, and ease of maintenance. The result is a well-organized, resilient environment that supports daily services, social interaction, and resident wellbeing within a modern senior living setting.
