Description:

The Tower Residences at Century Plaza are twin 44-story glass towers rising above the historic Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles. Developed as part of the larger Century Plaza redevelopment, the towers include 290 luxury condominiums offering sweeping city views and access to a suite of resort-caliber amenities. Residents enjoy outdoor pools, a helipad, private dining rooms, wine storage, a fitness center, and a screening room, creating a highly integrated residential experience.

As part of a joint venture, SDI delivered extensive framing, drywall, and exterior wall systems, supporting both the residential towers and shared amenity spaces. The project achieved LEED Silver certification and integrates seamlessly with the revitalized 1966 Minoru Yamasaki–designed hotel adjacent to the residences. Landscaped plazas, promenades, and shared open spaces unify the mixed-use development and strengthen its presence within the Century City business district.
