Description:

The major expansion and renovation of the Longhorns’ home field fully encloses the south end of the stadium for the first time in its history. The project replaces former bleacher seating with a new multi-level structure that delivers premium suites, loge boxes, club seating, student terraces, sponsor amenities, and a direct connection to the Moncrief–Neuhaus Athletic Center. A distinctive Longhorn-shaped seating balcony carved into the bowl creates a one-of-a-kind visual identity—visible from the air—that has become a new icon for Texas Athletics.

The project also delivers a dramatically enhanced game-day environment through a new south video board, upgraded audio and broadcast systems, modernized concourses, and reconfigured fan seating to concentrate energy and retain crowd noise. The construction was carefully phased over multiple football seasons, allowing the stadium to remain operational while major structural, envelope, and interior work progressed within a constrained, high-profile campus site.
