Description:
The 16-story, 200-room tower expansion elevates the Jamul Indian Village’s flagship property into a full-service destination resort. Spanning 76,800 square feet, the hotel features 52 luxury suites, a rooftop pool and cabanas, spa, speakeasy, restaurant, fitness center, and a skybridge connecting directly to the casino. SDI provided complete framing and drywall services for both interior and exterior wall and ceiling systems—carrying design responsibility for the framing scope to ensure constructability, code compliance, and seamless system integration.
Prefabricated exterior panels accelerated installation and enhanced quality control within the project’s constrained footprint, while BIM coordination and field collaboration kept the complex build aligned with the architect’s design intent. Despite limited site access and overlapping trade activity, SDI’s proactive planning, adaptive sequencing, and disciplined execution supported timely delivery of this landmark hospitality project—advancing the Jamul Indian Village’s long-term vision for economic growth and cultural prominence.
