The property features 47,500 square feet of meeting space and 20,000 square feet of retail and dining, designed to serve both leisure travelers and convention guests.

SDI provided interior framing and drywall services throughout the guest rooms, corridors, meeting spaces, and public areas, executing complex detailing to support the hotel’s premium finishes and acoustic requirements. Work was performed on a constrained and active downtown site, requiring precise sequencing, just-in-time delivery, and close collaboration with other trades to minimize disruption to adjacent businesses. The result is a sophisticated, high-performing hospitality destination that balances contemporary design, comfort, and craftsmanship in the heart of Anaheim.
