Description:

The three-story instructional facility consolidates diverse academic programs into a single, modern learning environment. At approximately 84,000 square feet, the building supports a wide range of instructional uses, including lecture classrooms, applied arts studios, computer labs, and collaborative learning spaces. Designed to promote creativity and interaction, the facility features open circulation, generous daylighting, and display areas that showcase student work while strengthening connections between academic disciplines.

The design-build project emphasizes flexibility, durability, and long-term performance in a high-use educational setting. Interior layouts balance structured instruction with informal collaboration, supporting evolving teaching methods and student engagement. The completed building provides Sierra College with a contemporary academic hub that enhances the campus environment and supports hands-on learning, creative exploration, and interdisciplinary education.
